🌿 Rooted in Tradition
The Kaabaay farm is not something new it comes from over 70 years of natural agriculture, a legacy carried through the years. We have always treated the land with respect: no chemicals, no quick fixes, just tradition and an open mind.
When we chose to grow and nurture cacao in 2007, we did not inherit any industrial practices. We followed our roots. Our cocoa trees grew every inch from the soil, with careful planting intentions, and sustained without synthetic fertilizers, and protected with the aid of natural pest management. The outcome? Cocoa fruit that is defined by flavor and integrity.
🍫 What are Choco Fruits?
Choco fruits are the pods of the cacao large, colorful fruit, that grow on the trunks of our cacao trees. Each pod contains cocoa beans, the raw love from which chocolate is made.
But in our story, the choco fruit isn't simply a crop.
It symbolizes regeneration for the land, our people, and the next generation of farmer.
