Shipping & Returns Policy

All requests for returns/exchange shall be scrutinized in detail by Kaabaay in accordance with its policies and practices. Kaabaay shall not have any obligation to accept the return/exchange of products delivered, but it may accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion. In case a request for return/exchange of products is approved by Kaabaay, the products will be picked up at the delivery address to which the products were originally delivered by Kaabaay. In the event that your request for the return of a product is approved, Kaabaay will issue a Credit Note to your Kaabaay account of the same value as the amount paid by you for the product that is returned. In the event that your request for the exchange of a product is approved Kaabaay will facilitate the exchange for the product supplied to you.  In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will charge the customer the additional charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped again. The order package cannot be canceled after attempted delivery and neither will a credit note be issued for the same.  We will try our best to stick to the variant of the items on our website. However, one must take note that computer displays often vary from screen to screen and what is rendered on one computer screen sometimes looks slightly different on another computer screen. As a result, what you might receive might look slightly different in terms of texture or color. Incase of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation’ within 2 hours of your order.
